We all belong at the starting line.

First-timers, experts, adults, youth – the Girls on the Run Celebratory 5K is better when we come together. From start to finish, our programs foster an environment where all girls are welcome, and the same applies to the Celebratory 5K.

Throughout our spring season, girls united as a team to set goals, learn new life skills, build confidence, and more.  And now, it’s time for us to follow our girls’ lead and celebrate these achievements together as a community.

Our friends, Cancer Pathways, are hosting a free webinar "Parents & Caregivers: Tools for Talking to Teens About Vaping" on Wednesday, April 24th from 5:30-6:30 pm.

East Valley native and Gatorade Washington Cross Country Player of the Year, Logan Hofstee, awarded Girls on the Run of Spokane County with a $1,000 grant to help accomplish our mission.

Please join us this Sunday, January 21st at 9:00 am at Harmony Yoga for a special class in support of Girls on the Run.

Join Girls on the Run of Spokane County and Cancer Pathways for a free and empowering "Healthy Girl Workshop" on Saturday, March 2nd! This free event is for GOTR-aged girls (3rd - 5th grade).
